Cancellation Policy:

We ask that all cancellations are made at least 48 hours prior to service. If an appointment is cancelled within the 48 hour time frame, each stylist is subject to charge a cancellation fee towards the appointment that was cancelled. No-shows may result in a charge the whole service amount. Missed appointments are hard on our staff and leave other guests waiting. Our policies, including our 48 hour cancellation period give us the opportunity to fill missed appointments and offer services to other clients. If you have to cancel within this period, please let us know as soon as possible. Thank you for taking each of our stylists time into consideration.

Re-do Policy:

 

If you are ever unhappy, let me know within 7 days and I am happy to make adjustments so that you are satisfied. Due to the artistic nature of my services, I do not ever offer refunds. 

Please note that a re-do is different than not liking something on yourself even though it was delivered as promised and agreed upon, or changing your mind

It's important to distinguish between requesting revisions and situations where you may have received what was initially promised and agreed upon but have personal preferences or a change of heart.

Why is there a starting at price for all services?

Every service comes with a baseline duration and/or product allotment, which may increase depending on the length and thickness of your hair, as well as any additional time required to finish the service. Additionally, each stylist establishes their own pricing structure.

Client Courtesy and Late Arrival Policy:

At Sterling Salon, we value your time and strive to provide every client with the exceptional service they deserve. To ensure the best possible experience for everyone, we have implemented a Late Arrival Policy that we kindly ask all clients to adhere to.

 

Late Fee Policy:

A late fee will be applied if a client arrives more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. We understand that life happens, and we'll do our best to accommodate delays, but exceeding this time limit can disrupt our carefully planned schedule.

Consequences of Late Arrival:

Late arrival may result in one or more of the following:

  1. Shortened Service: If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule. This might mean omitting certain elements, such as a blow dry, to ensure we can accommodate all clients.

  2. Cancellation Fee: In cases where excessive delays impact our ability to serve you effectively or disrupt our schedule significantly, we may need to cancel your appointment. A cancellation fee may apply, and we'll work with you to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

What if I am calling the salon and there is no answer?

We don't employ a receptionist, so if you're attempting to contact the salon and there's no immediate response, please leave a message, and one of our hairstylists will return your call. Additionally, you can contact us through email or social media channels, or you may choose to reach out to your specific stylist directly.
